Iyengar Yoga is a system of Yoga based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar; rooted in the traditional wisdom and philosophy of Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Students will learn through an intelligent sequencing of poses, precise instruction, clear demonstration, the innovative use of props, and verbal feedback.
