Shoulderstand 101: In this Symmetry Pop-Up class we will take time to work of one of the pillars of Asana practice; Salamba Sarvangasana or Supported Shoulderstand. In this class we will prepare the body for this inversion with standing poses, forward bends, lateral extensions, and shoulder-openers. You will learn how to come into Shoulderstand, step-by-step in a safe and steady way.
