NEW CLASS ALERT! Monday nights 7:00-8:00pm: Bare Bones Basics at Reflections Yoga
Learn the fundamental building blocks of yoga and start your practice off on a clear and confident base. This class is designed to provide a healing and gentle approach to yoga poses and movements. It’s the ideal course for individuals who have never practiced yoga, someone fairly new to yoga but interested in slowing down and working on alignment, or a person coming back to yoga after a hiatus.

You can still find me at Reflections on Tuesday nights at 7pm as well for Deep Stretch; an hour-long unwind from your day. This class is sequenced in such a way that each pose will prepare you for the next and the postures are held long enough for the body to settle down and move more deeply. This class will slowly, steadily, and safely stretch the body, improve your mobility, develop your awareness, and help you relax.
