Verbal communication is one of our greatest tools as a yoga teacher. It has the power to sculpt the energy of a space, refine the execution of a yoga asana, and prompt shifts in the mind and spirit of our students.
During this mid-day Sangha we will explore how the voice, sound, music, and language impact our teaching. We will touch on the concept of “stepping into our voice as a teacher” and do a few collaborative exercises together to get the creative juices flowing.

Our meetings are an open forum to discuss the many facets of teaching yoga, a place to share resources, ask questions, give answers, and build community.
