Wednesday, April 13th 3-5pm: Freedom within Boundaries
What contributes to a culture of respect, kindness, accountability, and generosity in our relationships with our students and how can we avoid creating an environment of disappointment, resentment, or imbalanced energy? During this gathering of the Singapore Yoga Teacher Sangha we will discuss the importance of clear boundaries in the practice of teaching yoga and holding space for our students. From liability waivers to personal relationship, to professionalism. How can we better ask for what we need, say no to what is not for us, and step into a place where we can best provide for ourselves and our students from a generous heart?
