Summer Chill Out: Cooling Down with Forward Folds
Summer in New York is a perfect time to get a little deeper in your forward folds. The summer heat helps the muscles to let go so you can make a little headway in your forward bends –– Something you can’t always do with that winter chill in your muscles. Join me for this special workshop that will focus on the soothing, cooling and releasing effects of forward folds.
Did you know that forward folds can also help to calm the mind?
You will also be guided through pranayama breath work intended to settle the nervous system and calm the mind and will finish with a “breezy savasana” that will leave you feeling fully rested and refreshed.
