Celebrate Mother’s Day with a special class designed to enhance the bond with your partner and growing family. We will begin by focusing on your breath, the breath of your partner and its connection to your baby. From there breath and movement flow together, shifting into simple yoga postures appropriate for all levels of experience, utilizing weight share and partner support. Some of the postures you’ll practice can be used during labor. Class will end with guided bodywork, and completed with a peaceful and sensual surrender of rest in Savasana.
Lisa Kazmer received her yoga teaching certification from OM Yoga Center, completed Prenatal Yoga Trainings with Janice Clarfield and Bec Conant and she is a DONA trained Birth Doula. She has traveled to India and studied Yoga from respected teachers, Sri Sheshadri and Sri BNS Iyengar. Lisa teaches regular Prenatal Yoga classes at Destination Maternity on Fridays at 10:30am.
